Certified Refurbished Printers are pre-owned printers that undergo US Laser's stringent refurbishment process prior to being offered for sale.

Each Certified Refurbished Printer:

• is fully tested (including full burn-in testing)
• is refurbished with replacement parts for any defective modules identified in testing
• is put through a thorough cleaning process and inspection
• is placed into a Final QA inspection prior to being added to sellable refurbished stock

Can I purchase an extended warranty for my Certified Refurbished Printer?

All Certified Refurbished Printers are covered by US Laser's 90 Day Limited Warranty. For extended coverage, you have the option of purchasing an extended warranty with your Certified Refurbished Printer. The extended warranty extends the complimentary coverage on your Certified Refurbished Printer to up to two years of on-site support.

A refurbished printer that I wanted is no longer available. How can I ensure that I get an item when it's in stock?

Refurbished printer supply is usually very limited and we often run out of refurbished printers. We recommend that you act quickly if you find an item that you like. You may be added to a waiting list for any product that is currently out of stock. Certified Refurbished Printers are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
