Terry Smith is US Laser’s chief financial officer. She has nearly 20 years of experience in financial operations and management. Terry joined US Laser in 1998.
Rick Pope
Charlotte Manager
As Charlotte manager, Rick is responsible for day-to-day operations at US Laser, Charlotte, NC. Other responsibilities include account acquisitions and account management. He joined US Laser in 2000 as a printer technician and has successfully completed more than 1,200 printer repairs.
Ryan Smith
Recycling Manager
As recycling manager Ryan manages all day to day recycling operations. He joined US Laser in 2001 and is an expert on printer cartridge recycling.
Scott Etheredge
Service Manager
As service manager Scott's responsibilities include managing national service accounts, parts and quality control for all service related issues. Scott joined US Laser in 1998 and has successfully completed over 1,500 printer repairs.
Lee Shealy
Senior Technician
As a senior technician, Lee is responsible for our service department in Columbia, SC. He has successfully completed over 6,500 printer repairs for US Laser. Lee has a remarkably low call back rate of less than 2%.
Tim Farmer
Senior Technician
As a senior technician, Tim is responsible for managing our service department in Charlotte, NC. He has successfully completed over 4,600 printer repairs for US Laser. Tim has a remarkably low call back rate of less than 2%.
Veronica Pace
Customer Support
As US Laser's lead customer support specialist, Veronica is responsible for for processing orders and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Veronica joined US Laser in 2002.
Jim Fowler
Account Manager
As an account manager, Jim is responsible for inventory management and deliveries. He is key to ensuring great customer relationships with our clients. Jim joined US Laser in 2007.
